Can the car air and air conditioning filter be used again if they are dirty?

Most cars have a metal shell wrapped around the oil filter and gasoline filter, which is so dirty that it is invisible and cannot be cleaned, so it can only be replaced. If the air filter and air conditioning filter are very dirty, it is not recommended to blow them for continued use.

The air filter is used to filter the air entering the engine. The engine always requires a large amount of air, which is mixed with gasoline and burned in the cylinder, so it requires clean air. If there is no air filter to filter, air directly enters the engine, and dust, sand, and other particles in the air will enter the cylinder, accelerating the wear of the cylinder. If there are relatively large particles, it will directly cause lifting and greatly affect the service life of the vehicle.

The air conditioning filter is used to filter the air entering the carriage. When the air conditioning or heating is turned on, the air blown out by the blower is first filtered by the air conditioning filter and then blown out through various air outlets. If the blown air contains a large amount of dust and impurities, it can be inhaled into our body and affect health, so the air conditioning filter also needs to be kept clean.

These two filter cartridges are very dirty and it is generally not recommended to blow them for continued use. Most manufacturers require the air filter to be replaced every 10000 kilometers to maintain a good condition of the car. Even if it gets dirty, it can lead to poor air intake, incomplete combustion, increased fuel consumption, and rapid carbon buildup. So if the car's fuel consumption increases without reason, the air filter is also an item that needs to be checked.
